Put a smile on that pretty face

It is so important to find things in life which makes you smile and laugh. After all, everyone deserves to be happy, have fun and life is just to short to be unhappy and to constantly worry about things that are not important in the end.

Try to do at least one thing every day that makes you laugh or smile. Weather if it means watching cute animal videos on youtube, going shopping, having a drink or two with your best friend, or just watching your child play. People who smiles more tend to live a happier and more fulfilled life. So even if one is not in the best mood, it is important to try to do things that makes you smile and feel happiness.

Kayla Itsines & the BBG

Keeping a healthy and consistent fitness routine is to many people as evident as brushing your teeth or taking a shower. There are several different programs and routines you can follow and one that is very popular especially amongst women is the Bikini Body Guide by Australian body fitness guru Kayla Itsines.

This fitness program consist of a 12 week workout plan, each 28 minutes long which should be completed 3 times a week, plus 2-3 sessions of a lower intensity workout such as a walk or a bike ride. The workouts are built from a repertoire of 150 movements inspired by a variety of sports and other physical training. One can get a hold of the BBG by either purchasing the e-book or by downloading  the BBG app ‘Sweat with Kayla’. There is also a second version of weeks 13-24.
